Never. TinyTicket is a flat monthly subscription. We have no visibility into your transaction amounts and take zero commission on orders placed through your menu.
Do I need to provide my own hardware?
On the Standard and Branded plans, yes β€” any tablet, monitor, or computer with a browser works for the kitchen display. On the Pro + Hardware plan, we supply and pre-configure a commercial tablet for your cook line.
How do I update my menu?
You fill in our simple CSV template β€” a spreadsheet with columns for category, item name, description, and prices β€” and upload it through your dashboard. The menu updates instantly. No developer, no support ticket needed.
What does the branding design service include?
We design a complete custom theme for your ordering pages: your color palette, typography, logo placement, and overall visual style. It's a one-time fee of $1,000–$2,000 depending on scope, and the result is a digital experience that looks uniquely yours.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No contracts. Pay month-to-month and cancel any time. Annual billing is available at a discount if you'd prefer to lock in a lower rate.
How long does setup take?
